A couple of things worth knowing as you plan. Events with 50 or more guests need a Public Assembly Permit from the Fire Department, which your planner will usually handle. And amplified sound wraps at 10pm across the city, so it's worth building the evening around that rather than discovering it late. We're fully licensed and insured and will send whatever documentation your planner or venue needs.
Access is the other one. Canyon properties, gated driveways and valet operations all affect where the cart sits and when we can load in. Tell us the address early and we'll work it out with your planner directly — from an intimate dinner of 40 to a reception of several hundred, with meat, seafood and vegan options across your whole guest list.
