We travel up regularly and plan the day around the drive, which means we arrive early, set up unhurried, and are completely ready before your first guest sees anything. Our carts come self-contained, so a full kitchen on site isn't a requirement.
From an intimate dinner of 40 to a celebration of several hundred, we scale with more carts and more crew — never with lower standards. Meat, seafood and vegan options so every guest is taken care of, and fifteen minutes after your event ends we're gone without a trace.
