Oak Groves and Canyon Access
Nearly everything out here is outdoors, and most of it is on private land without a commercial kitchen. Our carts travel self-contained, so we bring what we need rather than depending on what's already on the property.
Access is the thing to plan for. Canyon roads, unpaved driveways and a decent walk between parking and the ceremony site are all normal here. It's never a problem when we know about it in advance — it's only a problem when we find out on the day.
One more worth mentioning: these hills are fire country, and some venues ask about open-flame cooking. We're fully licensed and insured and will send whatever documentation your venue or planner needs, well ahead of the date.
